The overall number of long term empty properties in the 12 districts of Kent increased by 632. (2020 v 2019)

Nine districts have seen an increase. Thanet recorded the highest increase of +187, followed by Canterbury of +132.  

Three districts (Folkestone & Hythe, Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells) have recorded a static position.
