Come along and find out from Steve Grimshaw and Andrew Lavender about Kent County Council’s award winning ‘No Use Empty’ programme and the interest free loans which are available to help transform empty properties back to life. Hear how the process works and about renovation projects with investment in sustainable renovation and renewable energy.
This is a networking event, with a presentation followed by a panel style question and answer session. On the panel is Victor Evans of Alternative Energy Solutions who has successfully renovated properties in Dover, with the added investment of installing energy efficient measures.
The event is subsidised by European funds from the Low Carbon Essentials project and the Greenov (Green Renovation Cluster) project and hosted by Kent Invicta Chamber of Commerce.
