No Use Empty are proud to of supported the development of 5 new homes at the former Police Station site in Deal.
No Use Empty supported local developers Arrested Developments Deal Ltd through its empty property loan scheme where funding is provided to bring empty derelict land with planning permission or empty properties back into use via a short term loan.
The Police Station was built in 1889 on London Road in Deal and was put on the market for sale in 2021 after several years of the site not being used at its full capacity.
Arrested Developments Deal Ltd acquired the site and planning was granted in January 2023 by Dover District Council under reference 22/00749 for change of use and conversion of existing building to create 3 x terraced dwellings.
Planning was also granted under reference 23/00213 in February 2024 for the erection of 2 detached dwellings with associated parking at the former Police site.
All of the work at the site has now been completed with 5 stunning new homes on the market for sale.
