No Use Empty are proud to have supported the refurbishment of this residential property in Ashford Kent to provide a family home.
The property is a traditional three bedroom terrace home with a garden to the rear, measuring approximately 60′ and comes with a garage. The property required a full refurbishment due to it being empty for 18 months.
Double glazed sash windows and two new doors have been fitted. New carpets throughout, except for the dining-room and hallway which has click vinyl flooring,
matching into the kitchen.
Following refurbishment, the property was initially rented but is about to be sold.
Tony said: “This whole endeavor seems to me to be a good example of money been well-spent by the Council that has now benefited a tenant with a young child. It seems that a first-time buyer will now purchase the property – so that is really pleasing.
Without the interest-free incentive I would not have been able to renovate the property to the extent that was achieved – effectively a ‘new house’ in an old shell.
So many thanks again to you personally for all your timely and helpful assistance and that of the wider Councilâ€.
