No Use Empty are proud to have supported the conversion and development of the former Lloyds Bank in Wingham which now provides four new homes.
No Use Empty supported property owners Hearty Living Ltd which enabled the project to go ahead.
The former bank had remained empty since late 2018. Planning was granted by Dover District Council in May 2022 for the conversion of existing commercial into four apartments.
All works at the site are now completed up to the decent homes standard.
