No Use Empty Initiative, the partnership between Kent County Council and the District Borough Councils,  which is helping to bring empty properties in Kent back into use goes from strength to strength. A further £2 million interest free loans have been approved in the last year alone to home owners across the County. These loans will help the owners to renovate new family homes across Kent including Dover, Thanet, Dartford, Shepway and Sevenoaks.
