Drop In Surgery – FREE Impartial Advice
Monday, 3rd October 2011
Between 2 p.m. – 5 p.m. we will be holding a ‘drop-in surgery’ at Tonbridge and Malling Borough Council Offices, Gibson Building, Gibson Drive, Kings Hill, West Malling, Kent ME19 4LZ.
Empty Property Officers and the No Use Empty Team will be on hand to give free impartial advice to property owners or developers. If you are not sure which option is right for you and your property or you want to know how to access the loan scheme, then this is your opportunity to find out.
The No Use Empty initiative is primarily concerned with bringing residential properties back into use that have lain empty for six months or more.
However, the scheme will also support loan applications for commercial premises where planning permission has been given for conversion to residential accommodation.
For more information on the above event or to book an appointment with our Empty Property Consultant, please contact Tonbridge and Malling Borough Council on (01732) 876395 or come and visit us on the day.
