No Use Empty have teamed up with St Barts Developments Ltd to help deliver two new build bungalows via NUE’s recently launched loans for new builds.
The project was given the green light by Dover District Council’s planning team in October 2020, with works commencing soon after.
The development of two bungalows which sits on Woodnesborough Road, Sandwich is helping to tackle the housing demand in Kent. The site has quick links to the motorway and is within walking distance of the local shops and Sandwich Railway Station.
All parties are delighted with the progress being made and look forward to seeing the finished build in 15 months.
